I am an enthusiast that bought a 75GXP, and had it RMAed by IBM three times. I registered with Sheller, and was later contacted by an attorney. I believe they are trying to form a class, and I am a class representative. I'm posting here to ask that anybody with specific information regarding the high failure rate of these IBM drives contact me and let know know.
