    For the super paranoid; Use a USB drive to store the key and utilities you need to decrypt and view the data. Plug the little feller it into the box and you're in business. When finished connect the key drive up to a safe box (i.e. one not on a network) that automatically performs md5 checksums of key drive content to assure no hidden cargo :), then lock it up in a firesafe. This provides a tangable physical key to the data, but might be over the top for most.
