I think TVpaint, AmIRC, and a few others make it a reason for running it.
Personally when faced with the choice of windows or Amiga, I'll carry my Amiga around with my in my pocket in the form of a CD. That way when I am away from my 1200, I can have a nice enviroment to work in.
