Yeap, FrameMaker is my pick for the best documentation ap. As with so many products they've appropriated, Adobe haven't done the right thing by it, but it's still a hell of a lot better than anything else I've used in terms of ease-of-use, PDF and HTML production and cross-platform compatibility. There are a few *nix flavours, Mac, and MS Win versions. Ask some tech writers at http://www.frameusers.com
