You might want to check out the PostNuke Documentation Project. We are creating content dynamically using a modularized version of PHPWiki. In a few days we should have the ability to output to a print-friendly format or to.pdf (with our new top-secret pdf module) via the regular avenues of content management within PostNuke.
Of course it is all still under development and a lot of the new features will not be available until we release the new documentation site on Monday, but it will be worth the wait.
The real plan is to customize a postnuke release specifically for documentation projects.
