Haha just kidding, here's some snopes: Jerome Rodale (died 5 June 1971) In a New York Times Magazine interview, this 72-year-old longevity guru announced, "I'm going to live to be 100, unless I'm run down by a sugar-crazed taxi driver." A guest on the Dick Cavett Show the next day, while Cavett was discussing politics with journalist Pete Hamill, Rodale's head dropped to his chest and he was heard to let out what sounded like a snore. "Are we boring you, Mr. Rodale?" asked Cavett. There was no response -- Rodale was dead. The show was never broadcast.

Okay, here we go, a story about "vibroacoustic disease", yes that's right, sound waves make you sick, especially if you're a sissy.
"A series of health studies by federal and commonwealth governments and Puerto Rico's medical schools suggested that the people of Vieques had the highest infant mortality, the highest overall mortality, the highest cancer rate in Puerto Rico. . . . Another health study suggested many Viequenses suffered high levels of vibroacoustic disease, a potentially lethal thickening of the lining of the heart caused by persistent exposure to sonic booms. . . . Federal government surveys found that soils, groundwater, fishes, crabs, and sea-grasses, plants, including food crops. ..were all contaminated with deadly toxics."

Meanwhile, here's what Bjork has to say about music: Well, I'm very wary of nostalgic things. I think it's OK to listen to music that's older than 100 years maybe one day a year, and the other 363 or whatever it is, you should listen to recent stuff. I feel a certain sense of duty to deal with what's going on now. When I did "It's Oh So Quiet," that was obviously a cover version. If you do four albums, and one song out of four should be that cover version, that's OK. But I think I won't be doing a lot of that. It's very important to move ahead.
Note how it relates to Karlheinz Stockhausen's view on music.
