As a long time user of Grokster, I have seen many examples of legal content:
Jiveplayer files (www.jiveplayer.com)
Independent Artists MP3's
Free games
Free software
Free porn
Grokster is always promoting independent musicians and their music...see their newsletters or the page that is on the front of Grokster when you start it. These independent artists WANT their MP3's distributed via Grokster.
It is my understanding that if Kazaa/Morpheus/Grokster's servers were all removed, that the network would continue anyway. Meanwhile you can access the network by downloading Grokster at http://www.grokster.com or Morpheus at http://www.musiccity.com

I am a Grokster user and I also checked with several others and they do not have any BDE folders/files. Also, see Grokster's comments on this at:

You must have received them another way.
