    I know that SNMP really isn't hacker-friendly, but isn't it possible that if some GNU zombie cracker stops jacking off for a minute to write a DoS tool, that this could mean large - I guess 'segments' - of the internet would just become cut off? I'm just speculating here.

    Help me to comprehend the situation.
