Man....a law student...I know cause I am one myself and you bring shame to law students/computergeeks! It is this whole notion of labeling things like frequncies as property that started the whole mess and is considerably hampering technological advances. This same rational led to DNS entries being considered intellectual property. How the hell do you own a set of directions? Lawyers who don't understand the technology and try to apply common law concepts to new advances are screwing things up in a majopr way....
