In a Testing Lab that I ran, which access to some of the servers and equipment was to be had by several people, I created a common password.
The password was "TheWrongPassword". That way when they would forget it, and would come running to me for it. I would say outloud, "did you use The Wrong Password when you logged in?" Then they would sheepishly walk away, knowing that I had given them the password while at the same time I dissed them.
What was even funnier, was when they would ask again for the password, because they didn't realize that I had given them the password.
