Why should a gov't be able to do that? I know I live in a free place, (though the whole 51% Canadian Content thing is good for some things, not for others) but I find it hard to beleive that SO much censorship is taking place in such a technologically advanced world. BOO TO THAT.
...from the same source. Sure, there may be several (ie millions) of people that make these wonderful worthwhile e-mails, but they are part of the same entity I like to call "space wasters". What we need to do is band together, perhaps form some sort of "anti-spam" group, and eradicate the space wasters forever! Mwa ha ha ha! JOIN ME! Oh, and you can prevent your inbox from being cramed with that crap by just filtering out the words "free" "offer" "you've won" etc.
People (ore so those being born now and closer to now) have accepted our technology with surprising ignorance. They don't know how it works, but it's there, and they use it. Consider: someone is a t the grocerie store. The automatic door fails to open; they walk into a pane of glass. Do they attempt to open the door manually? NO. Stupid people (us). Unless our society begins to learn about how to function on a more basic level, also living with new technology, we may be in for big problems down the line.
