    They use their own containers because there are so many crappy compilers out there with broken STL.

    Is the MacOS X file dialog decent? Of course it is, everybody on Slashdot praises MacOS X. The GNOME file dialog is 99% identical to the OS X file dialog!

    Yeah, bad recognition. These days, almost nobody knows Netscape. Those who still know remember Netscape as a piece of buggy, unstable and sucky software. Using the Netscape brand will only do harm!

    The problem is, many VB programmers (especially the tons of 13 year olds!) don't get past the "OMG I can code lolololololololol!"-stage. For example, take a look at the horrible user interfaces of Revemu, ApezBot, etc.

    Gimp's user interface has only become better compared to a few years ago.

    First, people massively whine about not having a toplevel menu bar. And now that Gimp DOES have a toplevel menubar (which is even enabled by default), people STILL whine.
