Okay, As I browse through my electrinics books, and think about VR movies (most of which are really cheap and technically inacurate...but hey...they provide a good laugh), I realize...wait...what about body suits?!?! You suspend someone in a modified human gyro machine (you know what I mean) that would allow you to move your legs and arms and still rotate on its 2 axis, and make a body suit with muscle wires and sensors. Muscle wires "tense" and "relax" when small charges are applied (thus providing force feedback), and the sensors would take input from the persons movements...so you feel as though you are walking, but in fact, you are stationary. Just a thought.
