Where does it say in the Constitution, or anywhere for that fact, that just because you have the right to speak, that other people have to listen?
Consider that maybe these people (myself included) simply do not wish to hear the speech of a telemarketer. You are certainly free to speak. Talk your heart out, if you so desire. However those who do not wish to hear you, are not required to listen. The DNC is simply a list of such people.
