I'm once again amused by the amount of anti-microsoft sentiment I'm seeing here. The newsforge article reads a little like the anti-evolution creationist propaganda writing.
BTW, the fact that Microsoft is presenting an argument in court (threatening to pull the OS), is just that! It should be quite obvious to anyone who gives this a bit of thought that they would never consider making such a move in reality.
