Not exactly, Big Tobacco was providing a product to you which you in turn used to damage yourself. The case is about Oil/Coal Companies selling a product to someone else that damages your property(by global warming) and energy providers who burn Coal/Oil which damages your property. The key difference is who caused the property damage you or someone else. In this case someone else(assuming you can prove it).
If we must use ananologies. The first group is more like sueing the gun manufacturers for making a gun someone else shot and broke your window. The latter is more like sueing some one for shooting a gun and having the unintentional effect of bouncing off the target and breaking your window.
Anyway, it's irrelevant, since any true artist does not charge people for the privilege of appreciating what they create.
If they're not true artists why are you sneaking into the club?
Speaking of Redhat support how is it? I've used Redhat Enterprise Server before, but never had a reason to call their tech support line. Only reason I reccomended it to the client was that he wanted something that had support. Which of course he never used either(Just called me).

Growing corn gets you fuel, OR food. Farms aren't going to use the same crop to produce fuel and food-- they'll produce one or the other.
It actually get you fuel AND cow food. The waste product from the ethanol can be used as feed.

Add an option to join the peace corps/Americorps etc aswell. Either the military or charity work. Then I'd support it.
