I can't speak for anybody but myself by I could care less what people think. I have what some consider a lot of ink. No demons. No jailhouse or gang designs. I didn't get the first one until 25. I thought long and hard not about getting one but what to get. I don't want to be different or to be a non-conformist. I also don't "want" to fit in. Again I don't care. I think tattoos can be extraordinary works of art. I have a definite theme in mine. The prejudice is there though. Some people do believe you're either a hacker or part of some other undesirable counter culture. Some people say what's that peeking out of your sleeve? Can I see and they truly appreciate the time, pain and artistic design that went into them? I wear dress clothes when working at client sites that barely show any ink. Because of this prejudice I won't get any below the elbows even though I think it would look great. My company is almost to the point when I won't worry about losing a client over it and will continue down my arms. Until then......

With the statements he makes, how can anyone take the article seriously? I stayed with Windows 98 for its stability? I have to reboot every morning and it takes 10 minutes? Duh. You're using 98. Or how about Wal-mart putting out a PC with Sun Linux? I knew they did a desktop but don't those machines use Suse or Redhat? I could go on. He does make very good points but he is supposed to be a Tech guy not just some journalist. Let's see some factual statements. His quote's are lifted from other stories. His one interview is with some guy who is a Seattle Weekly reporter. Great topic. Some great points but supported by a bunch of B.S.

Texas Hold Em is the ultimate combination of skill and luck. These online games like party poker are some fun but you need to look at your opponents to really play. You can be the best player at the table holding pocket Aces and still get killed with the river card. You can also steal the pot with practically nothing if you know how to bet. I play in a weekly cash tournament. $100 gets you 1000 chips and you play no limit holdem until only 1 player is left. We usually get 6-9 people. If 8 people are in; 3rd place gets their hundred back 2nd gets 250 1st gets 450. I don't think I could do these multi-day games though. I know guys that make a good lviing at it.
