There is a product out there called Empower and it is very easy to work with... I have worked with the ColdFusion flavor (very easy to use). There is also an asp version you can use... The users can edit there on content via a browser plug in. Admin controls the rules... Price is cheap compared to Interwoven... I implemented on a large scale over 500 users,
