    There is no 'you people'. There is however different people with different stories.

    My story is that George Bush gets us involved in more things than he has the capacity/willingness to do properly, and doesn't use the big guns enough.

    Case in point, Fallujah. He should have told the people there that they have 24 hours to get out, and they will be paid for damages, and then carpet bombed the whole area, mosque included.

    The ability to tip an election in any one direction is a poor definition of power. It is a much better definition of strength. Power is strength - weaknesses. One weakness being how likely it it that the election will be tipped out of your favor.

    They should simply create a fund that people who want the project done pay into until there's enough to fund the development.

    I haven't heard a good argument for why voting for the slightly better of two evils slows down the downward spiral to any great extent. I do however have one for voting for the third party candidate.
    Voting for a third party candidate raises the profile of their ideas, making it easier for them to get adopted by one of the major parties.

    Is there really a difference between a rationalization/Justification?
    "It's legal," and " the artist isn't going to get their $1.60 for it," are both just rationalizations/justifications for buying a $20 CD.

    I've patented the use of the letter e in conjunction with a computational device. that "in conjunction with a computational device" makes my patent infinitely more defensible in a court of law than yours, so there!

    The Internet can be accessed just fine (spyware, viruses, and worms aside) with a Pentium 100Mhz computer. Windows XP cannot be installed on such a machine.

    You must be missing drivers or somethng then. Windows X{ runs fine on my 600 MHZ PIII. Of course if you only have 32MB in your machine, that might have something to do with it.
