as far as I know, I haven't been on a site with such a chess-move popup:) But I bet that they can't trick Mozilla out... or can they simulate a click on a link with javascript (dunno, don't like js)?
my 2 centimes
.. at least in my team I'm working in. I already convinced one guy with the no-more-unwanted-pop-up-windows-feature (kicks ass) and two other will have a glance at my mozilla installation because I told them horror-stories about dialers etc which are mostly spread trough IE (the crap). Hopefully, the whole company will switch to Mozilla (I doubt it but anyway) sooner or later.
what about mozilla in your companies anyway? already in office pc setups included?

Which servers? The supernodes (which holds up the net IIRC) are the users themself. Or are you talking about the DRM stuff (which nobody is interested in..)?
Aren't the dutch representatives (the ones beeing sued) not the owner of the software (and with it, the newtork) any longer? Well why should RIAA & Friends sue them any longer? Why didn't they already filed suit against Sherman Networks in OZ? Or does anyone know if they alleged them already for copyright infridgement (lol)?
hm. the article on lw.com states that sendmail can handle about 2 million boxes on an IBM Mainframe. Well, according to this article at ibm.com, a Mainframe of the same architecture can handle 250+ Million of Users (IMAP, POP3 and SMTP). Guess Linux can step back in this specific case against the not really well known TPF Operating System (currently used at the IT Farms of Airlines and large Banks).
