You need to work on the quality of your posts, man! Your text not only hurts the eye, it is full of spelling mistakes and seems to consist mainly on incoherent ramblings. Yet you indicate that you think you're being particularly insightful, which is not really true. Improve readability, check spelling, check grammar, do more meaningful sentences. And also don't stick with the "don't do X, I tell you why: it sucks" pattern. And please refrain from apparently meaningless shouting (talking in capital letters) which makes your posts look like a certain kind of spam.
There is a problem regarding microchip architecture which basically boils down to the fact that you can't use electric elements that are smaller than the wavelength of an electron. Maybe a stupid but imaginatively helpful comparison is when you have a garden hose and try to squeeze a football through it just isn't gonna work out...
Someone please mod the twitter troll down. He has no point regarding the post he complains about. What really happens often on Slashdot is: someone posts a troll/flamebait at +2 because of high carma and the next thing is that a clueless moderator simply mods the worthless post further up because it was so highly rated to begin with.
1. that's about the same stuff that's going on inside EVERY large company that makes internet access available for it's employees!
2. it's not that Blizzard got DMCA'd because they are offering a product that infringes copyright, so you can really not compare employees file sharing to something like Bnetd. The Screwing Of (Open Source) Competitors With The Law is somewhat completely different than Setting Things Right For The Suffering Record Industry.
These are individuals working for Bizzard with Blizzard equipment, while on the other hand the Bnetd people had a nice idea for a free emulator and got busted over it by the big boys!
