I agree Junta plus here are some more deceptions and problems:
1. The mail looks like a bill not a solicitation
2. The mail implies that the name is expiring on May 15 and never mentions the actually expirition date
3. The reader is prompted to act quickly
4. The registrant gets annoyed with BulkRegister thinking that they had much more time left on their name or that Bulk forgot to send them a renewal notice.
5. If they reply they are authorizing a transfer that may result in loss of DNS services (Web Access) on their name.
6. It's more than double the cost
7. there are way too many more things wrong with domain name slamming tactics and misleading ads to keep going.
