Yes, but some web terminals in airports/coffee shops (the dumb ones) won't let you close the browser window. Any subsequent user all of the sudden has unrestriced access to your email. =(
The law is a good start, but if we could effectively identify spam and track spammers, there would be so many filters in place that many of us wouldn't even consider spam a problem. That said, let's hope for the best.

Keynote will even import/export PPT, along with dozens of others, such as photoshop .psd.
