Anyway, seriously, I find it disgusting that *they* can project sales and then complain when 50 Cents new CD doesn't sell 500,000 copies in half a year without *any* agency either government run or consumer run etc being able to find out if it was remotely possible that 500k copies of said example album would sell.
On another topic, it really is ridiculous to pretend that if they project 500,000 people would be *interested* in *owning* a copy, to claim that if only 383,666 people buy the other 116,334 guys have pirate copies *and* all the 116,334 would buy original copies if no pirate copies were available.
if I DO find the hidden sense in your apparent non-sense do I get mod points?

use Win98, and of course, those security updates don't work very well unless you have a firewall, so why not give them win98 and teach them how to use zonealarm?
p.s. not to sound RMS'sh but showing people how to use linux for basic chores (i.e. show them to that elusive source of aid called man pages) would save them from Palladium in the future
p.s.s. anyone knows if MS can enforce Palladium and DRM on countries not in the US export ban list?
not many people here may remember this, but someone tried to patent Save As as an algorithm that is what those stupid patents REALLY MEAN. as long as patents are granted to stupid people those things are going to keep happening, someday a really good 'shortcut' method will be patented and those of us who thought it was too stupid a thing to patent it will find ourselves paying royalties. the patent system which seriously considers granting a patent on an idea is sick (sick like a person mind you):D
if you think what I just posted is seriously flawed, please refute me:)
I was going to further the troll but instead got mesmerized, that binary led clock in think geek looks sweet :D~
