    In 1994 when I was in high school, I had a computer class. The teacher used RS232 to daisy chain computers in order to make them in a network... so sad... programming was in LOGO, and half the year was spent on learning to type. Forward 4 years in the future, in college, I had a class dedicated to computer learning (Macintosh, I was in design). The whole first class was dedicated to opening the computer and shutting it down, Macs. .. and I am very serial! FYI I learned to program by myself on dos when I was 10 using basic in dos...

    I used to co-own a small rehearsal studio. We had a bunch of groups at our place but I can count on one hand the number of musicians that did not smoke pot in the back alley. One time we even found seringes in the studio... we made intervention with them, that band got banned for three months and came back clean.

    One fundraiser invited me for dinner some time ago. He had no hands, only two hooks and he was capable of cooking and baking and doing basically everything I could do. His cooking was better then mine though.

    My 10kRPM 300G drive works perfectly for me. Call me when I can buy a SSD of that capacity for less then 250$. Aple is the company that market the Mini, essentially a micro laptop without speakers, screen, keyboard, mouse and expansion for more than I paid my laptop. Do not get me started about the price of tablets... Steve, you are rich, most os us are not, live with it!

    If I need to move around huige amount of data, I use a commandline. Let it be Windows or Linux, it makes it easier on the system.

    There are ressources aside from useless dirt on the moon. It could be conceivable to start mining, separating and refining it's ressources to stockpile them for future colonies. I think the point is to expand humanity and this will be the first step.
