Good luck to you!
Most of the replies to my (cynical) comment thought I was in the States: I'm not - I'm in the UK where diesel is the same price as petrol at $1.17/litre.

At the risk of being cynical, when did MPG become a consideration in the US? Gas prices are so cheap compared with Europe, so where's the incentive?
I run Windoze NT4 on a Cyrix M2-333 machine with 128MB RAM. I don't run Mozilla - even with the quick load option - because it's so slow to load.
The fastest load up is with K-Meloen 0.65 and its fast load option (almost instantaneous) but I have problems with downloading stuff, even with Star Downloader. So... I've been using Phoenix since version 0.1. Version 0.3 is the best so far - fast load, handles proxy servers properly (0.1 didn't) and the bookmarks scroll properly on an 800x600 screen (which 0.2 didn't), and the screen scrolling is nice and smooth, which 0.2 wasn't.
My home machine has only a LS120 (I removed the floppy to make room for another hard drive) and it boots 1.44MB floppies without problem. It's set up as drive B: so I set the BIOS to boot from B:

I'm running this page on Phoenix 0.3 on NT4 (Cyrix M2-333 + 128MBRAM) and it's 7840 KB RAM. K-Meleon with its fast loader is 2788KB.

I reckon I've found a decent browser at last!
I'm running NT and I transferred My Mozilla 1.1 prefs.js to Phoenix and the proxy doesn't work: I've tried both manual and automatic without success.
