We learn somethings that are correct, and some that are not. Regardless, those who believe they have a grasp of what is right should help to spread that knowledge, and those who can understand a wrong when they see one, should seek to right it. It doesnt matter who is doing what evils in the world, but the greater evil is in those who are reluctant to fix it. Its been said that a wounded Christian is more concerned for the hatred in the heart of his attacker, then that of his own wounds. For this life is finite, but we are eternal, and hatred of the heart is a much greater wound to be afflicted with.

That glorious body is what we are. It is what visually defines us. Humans are real. God is the most real of all, being as how all reality we know is born of him. That glorious body is a perfected form of this glorious body. Its use is that of a vehicle for the glorification of God, and the loving of one another and communication, and it is a 'home' of sorts.
So where did your mom get her beliefs from? What reasoning are they rooted in to make them anything actually 'Right' ? He called it as it was explained to him, and God knew who he was talking to on this, so it was explained in a simple fashion. In the same way you dont explain the internet to someone from the "enlightenment" period as a large network of computers... they dont know what a computer is. You explain it in the sense of a global library or something of the sort. You break it down into something that their perspective can work with without breaking their sense of the world altogether and rebuilding it to comprehend your phrase. Ancient humans didnt know jack about nebulous gasses and the ozone layer. They just know that after a certain point, from earth, you could see the stars, and as far as they were concerned, they might as well have been made right then, being as how they didnt know about the increasing transparency of the atmosphere.

and we Christians dont have jack in say as to what goes on around here. I went to a public school, and I was told that evolution was a theory, but it was undoubtedly correct. I was told not tolerance, or compasison, but pluralism. True there are a lot of "christians" here, but a practicing Christian is quite in the minority for this region (particularly the 'heathens with their liturgy') and is seen as a complete and total buffoon for having faith in anything.
When I was 3 and a half years old... at the dog pound, choosing out a puppy with my dad, and then the afternoon chasing after it as it ran down the hill to greet my brothers and sister as they got off the school bus.
I can also remember naptime quite vividly from that time... the baking of cookies with my mom before she went to work... checking the bananas to see if they had ripened yet, and being amazed by the Nazi helmet my dad had gotten from his father and kept under his bed...
Interestingly enough, my most vivid of memories are of dreams I had as a young child... most of them were of things I did not know of (including one very vivid dream that has stuck with me all my life, one of a field that was rife with various people, impaled on spears, and a portrait of a man, whom I later recognized on a Discovery Channel special to be Vladimir Teppes). I also remember the forest behind our house... not as much as what it looked like, but I remember the emotions it individually brought on so well...
My mothers oldest memory used to be when she was 7 years old, and believed she saw the ghost of her grandfather... however back in '95 when pregnant with my younger brother, she started to see even older memories, just coming back, of her as a very young child... she remembers walking, barely, ackwardly, through her childhood home, in a circular pattern through the rooms coming back around to where she started, greeting her father, who was much younger at the time, ecstatic to see her walking so well... I find that interesting considering those memories did not rise back up until she was pregnant for the 5th time.
Draw your own conclusions... memory certainly is a funny thing.

well give UT 6 years and a source release. give Q3A 6 years, i dont think itll be as alive as Quake is now.
im kind of surprised/. was so slow on the uptake about Tenebrae... ive had it for about 4 months. and theres plenty of other source ports that look quite good (not per pixel lighting but still). also Doom has a shitload of sourceports, many of them nice, such as ZDoom which gives mappers a plethora of editing options for very interesting situations, such as exploding pipes causing a room to flood, where you have to swim out, and escape by closing the cool little rotating hatch.
its nice you assume that because i use a pc, that i pirate everything.
its not that console users are so morally deep that they wouldnt pirate, its just much more difficult for you to do so.
people tend to inherantly jump at something that is free, and love to get free stuff. and it doesnt feel like youre stealing when you see a meter indicating your kbps and progress, as opposed to opening a box in a corner of some store and sneaking the cd under your shirt.
you can be a thief without a pc. and you can do play games on a pc without stealing them.
just so you know.
and some people only have enough money for one... am i going to get the box i hook upto my tv to play games ? or am i going to get the box i hook upto a monitor, use to play games, keep in contact with people, keep up with the news, do my writing, do my music and branch out to the rest of the world and gain a free library of knowledge with a phone jack ?
