    It's a pretty interesting environment which allows new companies (distributions) to get an instant running start by basing a new distribution on someone elses. It reminds me of the whole "on the shoulders of giants" saying.

    I agree. The resolution of the camera is not much better than a cheap webcam. Sure it's nice to have the camera integrated into the laptop, but it's really not much more than a novelty. I had one of these for a few weeks, and I found the video was really bad in low light conditions, and the resolution wasn't very good either.

    I far better option is to get a Fujitsu P Series The native LCD resolution is much better, it doesn't cost as much, and it has a built in DVD/CD writer. Plus it too runs Linux.

    The best reason for going back to the moon is to replentish our supply of cheese. It wouldn't be that hard to go back there. In Wallace and Gromit's "Grand Day Out" they completed the project over a weekend.

    I don't know why this is such a big deal!

    If they file for Chapter 11, does this mean the common share holder will get nothing?

    I know someone who still owns some Enron stock, and she was advised to frame the actual certificates and sell them as collectors items.

    Just wondering what sort of recourse the average individual investor has in these situations...
