FWIW, if anyone is going to take a license on this patent, Forgent will have to sue someone first, at which point the identity of the law firm will be disclosed. On the other hand, if this law firm is not "exactly" a law firm, they will hire a "real" law firm to litigate the patent, and their identity could remain a secret. IMO, this is the only way an agreement not to dislose the law firm, as mentioned in the press release makes any sense.
