Most of the state follows EST, but the area near Chicago and around Evansville, IN is in Central time. And other sections near Ohio and Kentucky are in Eastern time (including EDT during the summer).
Move to Arizona or Hawaii.
Dr. Wallace says that much of his work as botmaster is devising new default categories and cleverly worded response patterns. Does he think that this botmaster work is something within the scope of AI? If so, does he have any ideas on:
how a program might devise a new default category
how it might formulate a response pattern that would cover the problem detected
how it might test whether the new category degrades ALICE's performance in unexpected ways on inputs it used to handle better? (how would it notice a degradation)
