scramjets. half the fuel is the oxygen in the atmosphere, which could be replenished by replanting all the deforested rainforest and replanting a lot of defunct temperate forests. plus maybe have genetically engineered hyperactive algae farms putting out high yield of oxygen and sucking all that co2 in... like as if they were on speed. hmmm.
