    Seems an odd choice of "open source" license-- promotes freedom of binary distribution, and restricts freedom of source distribution.

    Why? They also sell a commercial package with these libraries. They kinda need to distribute binaries...

    With the libraries open, it should be interesting to see what comes of it. It lowers the barriers to entry in the rendering package world... And no one can say it is not commercial grade code. :)

    1) The wands and metal detectors did not irradiate you.
    2) You did not have to undress at all.
    3) You were never grouped.
    4) Your "shaving kit" could include after shave.
    5) You could bring a beverage.
    6) You could arrive at the airport 15 minutes before departure and still make your flight.

    Then drive to Mexico or Canada. You will be amazed how easy it is to fly when the US is not involved.

    The best way to solve the "problem" of other people using their data, is to fix their own search tools. Hell, just being able to search all locations within 100 miles would be nice. All these other websites pop up because there own presentation is so bad.

    Mixed on this... On the one had it makes sense to delay a non-interactive protocol and favour an interactive one, like VoIP or web browsing. That way, you have people away (torrenters, ftp, e-mail) waiting a bit longer, while people in front of the keyboard "right now" are prioritized. On the other hand, consistently delivering far less that the speeds sold is a problem. If down reasonably, it would not be a problem. But no ISP so far has been able to resist the temptation to be unreasonable.

    He was then under executive privilege. The next step was to impeach Obama, but it was not clear that was warranted. A second offense of the same nature would push it over, I believe.

    You don't have to arrest the entire TSA. Just one or two people will get attention.

    The Court does not have the power of arrest.

    Yes it does. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bench_warrant#Bench_warrant And it is enforced by the executive branch, and could be ignored. But the fallout from that would be huge. Like impeachment huge. And at this late in the game, there would be no qualified Democratic candidate for President, so it would go to Romny by default. (With a rather large bump in the Libertarian candidate)
