These guys did the military a favour by going public. If they didn't go public this problem wouldn't have been fixed. Like this the problem is being fixed.
You can't fix a problem until you know its there. These guys made sure that the people in charge know the problem was there. I think the people who should be arrested are the ones who allowed such security holes in the first place.
