IT'S ABOUT TIME. I hate it when people thinks Broadband=Cheap+unlimited. Sure he probably has a T1 line to the provider but the bandwidth can be negotiable. I say if you are satisfied with the price youre paying and you can do everyhting on the net with no problem, then don't worry if you can get 1.5m every single second of the day.
