Could you please explain to me what the problem is with supposeldy "secure" systems being victims of exploits time and time again?
I hear " buffer overflow this" and buffer overflow that", and "a lot of times it's third party applications that allow for the breach of the system"
But it all sounds like majic juju speak for poor engineering standards. What's the problem with having basic secure services that can't be hacked?
Why isn't it being done?
Is it because the current OS's we have are insecure by default and design?
