there's a handful of students (around 20), usually the ones with huge hard drives, and they run apache servers for sharing anything from music, movies, programs, games, anime, you name it, it's probably out there. and the school actually allows this to go on because students are able to use internal bandwidth (downloads can range from 1-8mb/s) instead of letting the students clog up the external bandwidth by using kazaa and the like.
i guess their policy is 'illegal stuff is gonna happen anyway.. might as well make it as small a burden as possible'
