I actually had earned just over $100, after several years of promoting Chapters, so they should have sent me the money. But they are now with Commission Junction (http://www.cj.com). I phoned Chapters many times and left many messages, I also left them many emails. It was obvious they had no interest in responding. They stole my money. I'll never buy anything at Chapters/Indigo again.
BTW, I have found Commission Junction to be excellent.
