I have to say, most of the comments here can be concluded into one option that non-Western people can never make any progress or advantage in technology, or it's stolen from western world.

BTW, there is a very basic and universal principle in law, who claims, who gives the evidence. It should be MIPS to find evidence, not Chinese to prove they are clean.
