Well, apple can't really just make him admit guilt and call it a day. They need to set some kind of an example. So making him pay an undisclosed amount is the best idea. This way he can pay a fraction of all the money Apple lost. (He'll probably very little since he's a recent graduate and probably owes the government a ton of $$).
I love my mobile internet. Yes the pages are moderately small and not flashy but at 2cents per kilobyte I don't want to be loading 50K banners and messy overhead. Maybe Mobile internet would catch on more if providers priced realistically.
Does anyone really need this? I think it's safe to say there are enough virtual machines available for PC users. I mean the C# in linux is pretty useful as C++ is getting a little dated for large applications (I'm going to regret saying that). But the rest of the project seems a little unneccesary, but then again Novell has always been about unneccesary.
