In Vietnam, if there are lawyers they aren't very busy. Astonishingly enough, if you run an extension cord across your sidewalk and I trip over it, your life goes on and I'm just clumsy. Dr. Huy, with traditional Vietnamese ingenuity, has provided an affordable way for one modern medical tool to become available to doctors throughout Vietnam. He should be applauded, and anyone who ever attempted to sue someone because of this device will suffer in the afterlife!
Absolutely! You can say "it won't work" and put up your shields, you can create an administrative account and hope they don't realize they're administrators, you can run-as with the same problem. No easy answer. And running a network for kids is more challenging in many respects - the kids tend to be more inquisitive and less fearful of computers than adults. Meanwhile the staff are constantly finding new software they want to install. I feel your pain!
This is irresponsible. The company that hired you did so in the belief that you would work in their best interests. Since you are aware of this case, you should bring it to their attention. Worst case they terminate your contract? You still have an excellent reference for future jobs. If you have pertinent knowledge that you choose not to reveal to them, you will be putting your reputation on the line.
