I've used AutoCAD for a while now and _the_ best thing was mixing command line instructions with mouse.
Right mouse button has [enter] functionality, and left hand never leaves the keyboard. So combinations of abbrevations (tr, mv, cp, re) and right mouse button gave me 3-4x time boost.
Middle mouse button has extra menu, such as zoom and other handy utilitys.
I belive, no matter how complex UI is, functionality is what counts.
