china might be the factory to the world but it doesnt own the products itself and the biggest earners are from design to sales not assembling. usually the companies that makes the most are still from the us,japan,taiwan and other nations, they just have their stuff made assemble there.
everything in china is cheaper there than here, cost for a bus ride is like a penny us. here in states is around a buck to 2. food like eating out would cost us like 10 bucks per person here, in china would only cost us less than 1 dollar for a meal per person.

not everybody can afford a expensive german car, some folks only need it to get from point a to b :). so a kia would do :).
