    So Larry hasn't heard of Apache or Samba then...

    I think that pleny of people would consider these somewhat successful projects mission critical.

    I also don't recall any big companies helping them but I can think of one trying to kill them...

    I'll agree about my inability to spall ;-) but the grammar is correct...

    The spam score belongs to it therefore it is it's spam score...

    I do like a good Slashdot pedantfest :-)

    What I would like to see is a spell chacker in spamassassin.

    That way an email which has words that are deliberately mis-spelt or broken up by punctuation or even spaces will still increase it's spam score.

    I'd have a go myself but me programming something isn't good for anyone....

    But the debacle surrounding the greek font on the powerpoint slides proved that SCO have absolutely no idea where their code came from.

    I think that the lawyers got involved believing that the case was a lot stronger than it has since been shown to be.

    Mr Boies is probably mighty pissed off with little Darl right now...

    I use the Linux Groupwise (Beta) client - it makes the windows one seem fast.

    They're moving all the client stuff onto Java, but the admin stuff is moving to web based...

    GW is pretty bad but the file serving still rocks...

    It's kinda funny that after SCO said the GPL was invalid they announced that They were including Samba 3 in the next release of their crapware. Option 1 So if the GPL is valid and they released thier code in the kernel under the GPL, effectively giving it away and now conning companies to pay them for free software therefore: SCO = thieves Option 2 The GPL is invalid as SCO have claimed and they are including samba code that they have no right to therefore: SCO = thieves
