i don't know why, but most geeks on this site seem to be athiest, or at best agnostic. i'd figure people so smart would understand that we as the human race understand almost nothing, and should be smart enough to know that, for all we know, everything around us could be just an illusion, and the only proof you have is what you "smell", "touch" and "see". i haven't seen the matrix, but i think it's got something to do with something like that.
it's funny, if a similar comment was said about a reply to a comment similar to the original comment but said about linux, it would have been modded up insightful.

one way, and probably the only way, is to rid them of horrible leaders, like hussein etc... HE is the one with an economy worse than the state of alaska who is spending most of its money on weapons, not us. Sure, the US spends a lot on the military, but why not? Whether the US participates in the causes or not, there WILL be more wars, and it's worth the lives of 300,000,000 people to develop a good military

it'll be linux. Linux is best for 2 things: Web Servers, and robots. It's not best for anything else, however. (and this is a pro-linux comment from a Windows XP user)
