IOW: after 2 years, if half of what Rickard says is true, then why hasn't anyone managed to come up with a J2EE optimized version ?
As to his other statements, such as the.NET code not having completely seperate data access layer fro mthe business object, well maybe he should read the actual report !! It was due to complaints from the Java community that the.NET code was dumbed dow not use dynamic sql instead of stored procedures. So which is it he wants ? Demanding that the Java code be allowed to use special optimizations and not allowing the.NET code to,is what it sounds like he wants. It's a trivial site to write (at least it is in.net) So why isn't there a J2EE version that out performs the.NET one ?
To put it simply, Put up or shut up
