I completely agree. 99% of the time around my office the term is "Did you Tivo last night?" The term 'Tivo' has replaced the older terms 'tape', 'taped', 'record' and 'recorded'
How many people say "Did you UltimateTV Buffy last night?" or "Did you ReplayTV Buffy last night?" Those just don't have the 'click' and fit as well as 'Tivo'.
Say what you will about thier future but from looking at modern terminology they have integrated themselves permanently into our verbage.
