I can't think of a single instance of prior art.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Form-Z yet.
It has an excellent renderer if that is your primary concern.
It uses the Lightworks radiozity engine.
It doesn't have much in the animation department though.

What's odd is the streaming aspect. Is downloading a torrent and then watching it "streaming"?
