Wasn't another Steve Jobs Company(tm) involved in a spookily similar case of plagerism? (window, menu, mouse - anyone?). - I believe this company even attempted legal action to protect "their invention".
What this guy Mouse should do is release a film called "Mac the Talking Eyeball" and let them try to sue HIM.:)
