She's cute and all, but does she really understand the what Three Strikes is about? I don't know what the minimum amount for a felony theft in California is, but $5.62 is not even enough for a misdemeanor here in Texas... Three strikes mean three FELONIES... People should stop believing that EVERYONE can be reformed. Plain and simple, there are just some people out there who does not care about laws. And just because they only got caught three times, does not mean they only did three crimes...
