    Or it could be a simple business decision. DRM is not easy to implement so why bust your balls to provide DRM to 5% of the computer-user marketshare using proprietary hardware/software?

    All DRM is crackable, eventually. The intent of DRM in this case is to make it easier for people to pay for the content than to crack the DRM.
